A massive full moon, often referred to as a supermoon appeared over Greece on Saturday (July 12) hovering over an ancient Greek temple on the countrys coast. Instances of such moons happen a few times in the year and are due to the moons proximity to the earth during its orbit. The moon appears brighter and larger.
